A young upright judge Choi is assigned to a lawsuit of the biggest conglomerate in Korea. He makes a thorough investigation in this case and discloses illegality of the company. The president of Dae Dong Co. Ltd tried to offer him the money under the table as well as threatenes the court by using of political power and even he kidnaps Choi's daughter. Even though he is blackmailed to be kicked out of his work, Choi doesn't cease to uproot social ills with his justice and will. Finally his efforts bears fruits and he sentences heavy penalty on criminals.
