About Don Quixote of Chung Mu Ro
After Korean War when the society is very confused and people suffer from starvation, little Lim Hwa-Su spends his day doing odd jobs in a theater and grows his dream to own a theater. Grown-up Hwa-Su gets out of poverty when he meets Sohn Jong-Rok, a big rich man, and he jumps in business as he marries Sohn's niece. He makes his dream come true by taking over Jeil Theater and changes its name to Pyeong Hwa Theater. He even reaches to film industry. While Lee Jeong-Jae, the godfather of underworld who tears the town up those days, makes Yoo Ji-Kwang as his successor and gets political power by getting connection with Kwak Young-Ju of Kyeong Mu Dae, but he feels uneasy as Lee Ki-Bung, who backs him up, fails in election for vice president. Subjugating film industry with money and fist, Lim Hwa-Su gets to need power so he approaches to Kwak Young-Ju by using a badger game. Then he wedges in corrupted election with Lee Jeong-Jae and Yoo Ji-Kwang.
