Cha-Wu reflects Kent and Mark, her old friends and lovers, on a cliff of seashore. Mark and Kent are Korean students who study in difficulties by working part time job while Cha-Wu, a tomboy, enjoys comfortable living thanks to her foster father. They are involved in relationship that is uncertain whether it is friendship or love. Though Chung, Cha-Wu's foster father, is related with Mafia, Cha-Wu doesn't sense the fact thanks to thoughtful caretake of Hong-Dal, Chung's right hand. Mark and Kent get to engage in a violent incident one day. Then they are expelled from school and came to work in Chung's club. However not only these two but also Cha-Wu and Hong-Dal fall in Chung's scheme and are threatened to be murdered.
