About Power of Kangwon Province, The
Sang-Kwon, a college instructor in his early thirties. Theough he is married, he was in love with Ji-Suk, one of his students. The film begins after they estranged. With their wounds of separation, Ji-Suk and Sang-Kwon go to Kang Won Do with another companion each at the same hour.
