About Head Cook of the Buddhist Temple Sorimsa
At the era of Qing Dynasty in China, Paeng Sa-Won of Pacheonkown martial art party (Chinese) defeats Yeon Cheong-Su of Wolkwankwon martial party (Korean) at the northern border of the Yalu River where both Chinese and Korean emigrants live their lives. Jin Ho-Rim, a disciple of Yeon, is taught Keolkwon martial art from an outstanding warrior of Keol-Bo and returns to the town to retaliate upon his teacher's enemy and recover peace for Korean emigrants. Being informed of Jin's making appearance, Paeng sends his followers to attack him, but fails. Later, Paeng kidnaps Keo-Bo and his daughter to let Jin feel embarrassed. At first, Jin tries to rescue them at Paeng's house, but fails to do so. He lastly challenges Paeng to fight each other fiercely. When Jin falls into difficult situation, Keol-Bo makes appearance to teach Keolkwon martial art's essence to Jin, and let Jin defeat Paeng.
