About If There were No Parting Again
When his mother dies after he graduates from elementary school, Young-Il goes to Seoul to find his father. But Young-Il's father is in jail for some fraud. Young-Il gets various jobs from a paper boy to shoeshine boy and lives in coffee shop with the help of Eun-Ju, an female employee working there. Young-Il gets to go to middle school with the help of his former teacher in the elementary school who had won the prize in the literature contest. Eun-Ju falls in love with Young-Il's teacher. Young-Il's father gets released from jail and decides to make a fresh start in life.
