As Bok-Dong, a drug maker, is murdered by the seagulls, the turtle determines to take revenge on them and looks for Kyeong-Su, Bok-Dong's son. Although Kyeong-Su organizes a drug selling network by using Hye-Ra as a bait to avenge, he goes to the Seagull's strong hold by himself because of inspector Kim's persistent chasing and sense of guilty about Hye-Ra. As Kyeong-Su can't out of there after he defeats the seagull, Hye-Ra boldly sneaks there and saves him. Kyeong-Su desperately struggles with the remnants of the seagull with the turtle and also inspector Kim joins in this fight. After all Kyeong-Su and Young-Kil, the seagull's son are killed and Hye-Ra, too, is killed by accidental fire.
