About Limp, The
Yeon-Sil marries in a poor mountain village. Three months after marriage, her husband Sang-Hyeon enters the army. She peddles with three widows under pressure of her mother-in-law. However, she falls in a pit of three widows. She comes home after being covered all over with wounds, but her mother-in-law treats her ill in the reason why that she does not make money. She decides to make money and goes to peddle before three widows. Her mother-in-law is pleased with that she makes much money. However, she has a baby whose father she does not know. At this moment, her husband Sang-Hyeon comes home and knows that she is pregnant. She runs away to a coal mine and aborts her baby. When she hovers between life and death because of excessive loss of blood, her husband and three widows come to her. Finally, Sang-Hyeon forgives her.
