About Reincarnation
The most famous Buddhist priest in China translates a Buddhist scripturenamed Kangmakyeong to reincarnate a ghost bearing grudge, and invites Yoo In-Ching, who lives in Nakyang, to publish the scripture. The Buddhist priest gives Yoo a magic prayer beads to protect him from the attack of the ghost bearing grudge. On the way to home, Yoo encounters a beautiful girl named Ak-Nang to get married to her. Being aware of such a fact, another girl named Yui-Wun spends one night with Yoo at the same bed by chance. As soon as Ak-Nang is informed of such a thing, she confines her husband (Yoo) at home and attempts to kill Yui-Wun. On the other hand, Yoo barely escapes thanks to Yui-Wun's help. Both girls were once wife of the commander of a local district to become ghost. Ak-Nang tries to make bad use of the Buddhist scripture named Kangmakyeong when the scripture's translation is finished. Yui-Wun helps Yoo to throw the prayer beads embracing Ak-Nang, so that both girls (ghosts) give up their reincarnation dream to change themselves into smoke and then disappear.
