About Abolfazl Jalili
Born in Saave in 1957, he began filmmaking as a teenager. He entered the Iranian College of Dramatic Arts to study cinema academically. In 1983, he made his first 16mm feature film Milad and has been known as a controversial figure in Iranian cinema for his experiences in film language and aestetics.
