About Kim's War
Kim Hee-Ro, a Korean resident in Japan, is released from prison at the age of 40 in 1967 after he gets through 15 years in jail with 6 conviction. While he tries to live sincerely doing food delivery, he falls in love with Fusako, a singer of Mink's Bar, and dreams happiness. However Soga, a boss of Yakuja, is displeased with this and inspector Koizumi of Shimizu police office watches over Kim Hee-Ro with ethnic prejudice. As it is hard to take Fusako out of Soga's influence, he runs away to Aomori mountain. Then Soga raises a disturbance in the store of Kim Hee-Ro's mother. Therefore Kim Hee-Ro shoots Soga and his follower Omori. As he fails to kill inspector Koizumi, he takes hostages on Sumada Bridge. Soga is Yakuja and Koizumi's public apology about his discrimination of Korean.....
