About Twelve Women
Getting to know that his father is profiteering illegally, Cheol-Wu joins a band of burglars who succeed in stealing gems, and later hides in some island. The island was full of widowed women, one of whom is Seol-Hwa that Cheol-Wu falls in love with. As Seol-Hwa's daughter Myeong-Yi gets sick in pneumonia, Sam-Ryong cures Myeong-Yi's illness, eradicating some superstition related with the illness. Yong-Pal tells Cheol-Wu to run away together, but Cheol-Wu refuses and persuades him to surrender with him. Yong-Pal and Cheol-Wu fight with each other, and finally decide to surrender to the police who chased them to the island.
