About Two Husbands
Both Hang-Shik and Seon-Bok loves Chun-Shil, a daughter of a ginseng digger 'old Lee.' Old Lee has his daughter marry Hang-Shik, the older of two. But when some strange red specks comes out on his body, Hang-Shik leaves home, getting ashamed of himself. So Seon-Bok starts to live with Chun-Shil. But Hang-Shik returns home, which makes two husbands for Chun-Shil. Chun-Shil gets pregnant and two men keep arguing about whose child it is everyday. Chun-Shil, agonizing over this, commits suicide even though her time was near.
