About Tender-heartedness
At the end of the Koryo Dynasty, the king Kongmin makes efforts to govern the country wisely. However, when his beloved queen No-Kuk dies, he only concentrates on cherishing her memory depositing the political affairs to the priest of virtue, Sin-Don. Sin-Don, a goat, gives up to philandering. The government discipline is utmost slack, and Hong Yoon becomes pregnant after making love with a retainer of the king. However, the king, who is afraid to disclose this fact, attempts to kill Choi Man-Saeng, who knows about this. Finally he kills the king.
