Sang-Hyeong who works as a driver helps his brother continue his study to become a doctor. Living with his brother's family, Sang-Hyeong works hard. But one day, a patient dies on his way to hospital, but the patient's family accuses Sang-Hyeong's brother of cheating them, which results in steep decrease in number of patients in the hospital. Sang-Hyeong's brother leaves home after a quarrel with his wife, but soon takes over a new hospital which was on sale in very affordable price. But Sang-Hyeong's daughter Young-Yi is killed in a car accident. Sang-Hyeong cries over her death at his wife's grave.
