About Wild Strawberry, The
At harvest moon festival, while everybody in the fire-field farmers' village are enjoying the festival, Bun-Nyeo loses her virginity to a mask man. She finally realizes he is Myeong-Jun a wanderer. Myeong-Jun asks her to wait till he come back and leaves for a gold mine. Seong-Chun and Bong-Su who've been admiring her die in the course of fighting to propose. At first, she shakes off all temptations, but gradually, she comes to know the taste of love and, finally, has connection with the owner of mushroom store. In the end, Bun-Nyeo leaves the village and becomes a whore in town. One day, Myeong-Jun appears and asks her to return to the village. But he is arrested as murderer. The village welcomes Bun-Nyeo with wild strawberries all over the place and she lives on waiting for Myeong-Jun.
