Jeong-Li and her brother lose their parents to the Japanese and barely escape from death to take refuge in Bokwang temple in China. Great monk Keum-Kwang protects and brings them to excellent martial artists. They gather the Korean youths and train hard in order to restore their country. Being informed of it, the Japanese do every possible endeavor to ruin their plan. A Chinese man Ah-Ho finds his father through Yang-Mo's arrangement, but only to be abused by him and finally masters the martial art of Yonghyeong Makyo. In China, there is held the martial art contest celebrating the Emperor's birthday. Jeong-Li and Ah-Ho participate as the martial artists of Russia and Japan respectively. By that time, Bo-Kwang temple is being attacked by the Japanese Ninja. At the sound of bell, Jeong-Li runs to kill Dakeda, but Keum-Kang is already dead.
