About River of Love
A sterile couple receives artificial insemination and gives birth a baby. The sperm belongs to the doctor of the obstetrics and gynecology. He insists in agony that the baby is his own child. However, the sperm belongs to the husband in fact. A nurse exchanges the sperm of the doctor to one of the husband, right before the artificial insemination.
