About Brother and Sister in the Rain
Hun-Jeong who lost her parents when she was little takes care of her brother Hun-Seob and even sends him abroad for study after his college graduation. She lives with a married man to make money, but gets to disgrace herself. Working as a hostess, Hun-Jeong becomes an alcoholic. Hun-Seob returns to Korea, receiving his Ph.D degree, but disappointed and desperate over his sister's situation, he pours harsh words on his sister. At that moment as the police arrests Hun-Jeong accused of theft, Hun-Seob cries, apologizing for his unthoughtfulness. Hun-Jeong also bursts into tears.
