About Daughters-In-Law
Due to serious draught in 30 years, widow's family desperately struggle to survive just waiting for rain. Son of the head of village tempts widow's second daughter-in-law with silver ring and succeeds to make love her. She is a widow whose husband died just after they married. In the mean time first daughter-in-law is caught stealing some water by a servant of the head of village who makes love to her, too. So two widow daughters-in-law have love affairs. Son of the head of village betrays second daughter-in-law who becomes a barmaid in town. When the first, pregnant of servant's child, is to leave the village, it finally starts to rain. After all daughters-in-law return to their status as farmers.
