About Rotary at Samkakji
Hye-Suk, a good and innocent girl, likes Min-Su, an orphan boy. But she had to promise that she would meet him in ten years after he succeeds in business because her parentis didn't want their daughter to date with Min-Su. Ten years later, Min-Su becomes a gangster who often gets put in jail. Min-Su misses Hye-Suk who hopes that he would be a good citizen. A detective who has taken care of Min-Su persuades him to be a sincere person again.
