About Hero Flash
Emperor Rades intends to kidnap children of the earth and use them as materials for genetic study after he makes warriors including Chateau, Wandering and Opal with transferring genes in cooperation with Dr. Riplin, a geneticist. But Hero Flash Chan and Sae-Ri enter mental world to defend their attack. Even though they become embarrassed as they happened to know that once you enter mental world, the human-produced super power disappears, they attack Emperor Rades and Dr. Riplin with combative spirit and sense of duty to save the earth.
