About She-sailor, A
Jeong-Ho, a head of fig family including old mother, wife Mrs. Kim and 6 children, is in difficulties to support his family due to his crippled body by arthritis. To help her father, Hwang-Suk assists her mother's day work at the same time grows to be a she-sailor who fishes on a boat. As Jeong-Ho goes to Cheju Island to find a job, Hwang-Suk takes on a fishing boat with her brother Min-Su. But when her father comes back unexpectedly, her boat is disposed. Police officer Jeong buys a 0.9-ton-boat to Hwang-Suk who is disappointed. She defeats difficulties such as engine trouble and comes back with full of fish. In the end she pays off debt to Jeong.
