About Blue Apartment
Many families reside in the Blue apartment a stingy couple runs. The order there is disrupted due to many families' residing. Troubles occur between the couple and residents. But among the residents the couple finds out their daughter whom they lost during Korean War. She begs for the couple to be nice and the peace comes to the apartment.
