About Love Song at 19
Jun-Seok, Jeong-Nam and Jong-Su, the juvenile delinquents, violates a teacher of their school. Jun-Seok came to know Chae-Ok, the teacher's sister during this happening. Though Jun-Seok reflects himself, the circumstance around him doesn't forgive his change. School couldn't be a protective fence. And the swamp of drug and sensual pleasures is too deep for him to get out of. At last Jong-Su, his friend, dies of explosion accident while he inhales butane gas and Jeong-Nam is arrested when he is hallucinated with drug. And Jun-Seok runs toward Chae-Ok in the pouring rain.
