About I Have to Live
After losing her musician husband, Seon-Hee lives with her son Yong working in a factory. One day she finds she gets a lung cancer that reduces her life. She conceals the fact and takes care of Yong even working as a barmaid of a bar where her husband's friend Pil-Jae hangs around. By the way Yong, a naughty boy, makes an acquaintance a rich polio girl Mi-Yeon and does his best to make her recover from sickness. One day Pil-Jae and Yong came to know Seon-Hee's disease and try to make money for her. In spite of the help from Mi-Yeon's father, Seon-Hee goes to an open air concert hall where her husband held a concert to face her death after she entrusted Yong to Pil-Jae.
