About Starlight Even at This Land, The
Madam Nakamatz, a Japanese lady, is informed at Manchuria that the Japanese Government announces the defeat of the war on Aug 15, 1945. But, she cannot return to home country and stays in Korea. She is warmly protected by a Korean old lady. As soon as the old lady dies, she has to take care of five orphans who have lived together with her. Since then, she makes up her mind to devote herself to taking care of Korean orphans in the remaining life, and takes a job of barber. When the eldest girl of the orphans graduates primary school, her hidden merits have been disclosed in the public.
