About Longings
A North Korean medical general In-KYoo has his family go to the south and gets lost while being chased by the Korean army. 33 years later, his family appear on KBS TV program of a "Search for Separated Family Members" but In-Kyu's whereabouts is still unknown. This campaign is broadcast over to In-KYoo in China and he returns and dramatically reunions with his family. Hereupon, his brother Seong-KYoo tries to return from America to his family in haste, but is sacrificed on his way to home because of KAL blasting. His old mother Mrs. Choi passes away shocked at it. In-KYoo anguishes upon this tragedy caused by him and deplores over the reality that he should return to his wife and children in China.
