About Yong-Pal, a King of NamdaeMoon Area
Yong-Pal, a man of faith, leads a pack of street guys. He is looking for his lost sister. Kyeong-Shik, a police inspector, becomes a member of Yong-Pal's band to do some covert operation related to drug-dealing. Yong-Pal and Kyeong-Shik attacks the organized drug dealers and find Yong-Pal's sister faltering in the filthy den.
