Jeong-Su, grand master of Flower cards, gambles going back and forth in local cities. When he gambles in a room of a motel in Jeon Ju, he gets to meet an errand woman of gambling place called Jae-Hyang and comes to Seoul with her. He begins to live with Jae-Hyang. But Jae-Hyang is disappointed as she came to know that he is penniless because she thought he has big amount of money. Then his old friend Hong-Seok, who is setting up a group of gambling swindlers, comes to Jeong-Su since he is looking for a excellent skillful gambler. Jeong-Su, who suffers from Jae-Hyang's nagging about money, joins Hong-Seok's swindler group reluctantly............
