About Why Not a Daughter
The childhood friends studied under adversity together. One of them becomes a rich man, and the other lives poorly. When their children are grown up, they love each other. However, the poor friend with a daughter wants to make a relative by marriage with a rich prominent person. So various joyful and sorrowful things happen to them, but they allow the marriage of their children in the end.
