About Jang Hee-Bin (Concubine Jang)
King Sukjong makes a cunning court maid Jang So-Hee a concubine. Jang concubine drives out the Queen from the court by intriguing against here and she herself becomes the Queen. But the loyal retainers' persistent appeals make the King drive out Jang and bring back the former Queen to the court. This makes Jang bear ill will and she, in collusion with her mother, tries to kill the Queen and rise again to the chair of Queen. Their evil plot is exposed to the world and Jang is executed to death.
