About Public Enemy
Kang Chul-joong is a tough and ignorant cop who deals drugs. A vicious stockbroker who murdered his own parents for money slowly changes the cop’s corrupted life. Director Kang Woo-suk, one of the most commercially successful directors in the 90s, proficiently mixes the elements of crime thriller and social farce with the action comedy.
