``Blackboards’’ tells the story of two teachers who, after a bombing in Iranian Kurdistan, wander from city to city in search of a job. Carrying large chalkboards strapped to their backs, the teachers’ struggle to find students reflect the larger struggle to survive in the war-torn region.
