About On a Star Shining Night
A young man runs away from the sanitarium for tuberculosis to go to his girl friend Jeong-Ae. But she is not faithful to him and already married to Mr. Ko. The young man makes up his mind to avenge. He is so surprised to know that Mr. Ko is his uncle when he goes to the orphanage where he is raised. He falls on the street and a dancer helps him. He asks her to be with him while he makes his last travel in his life. They travel together just like newly wedded couple, but the dancer gets a wire informing her of her mother's critical condition. She leaves him promising to come back. He follows at her heels but he falls again. His friend Yang-Il tells Jeong-Ae everything. The young man gets on a train to keep his promise to the dancer.
