About Kalma
Man-Seok, a servant, loves Seon-Rye, a local noble man's only daughter. On her wedding day, Man-Seok pulls her in defiance of her resistance and runs away to a deep mountain valley where he lives with her. A year later Korean War takes place. Man-Seok joins the army on behalf of somebody due to money. However Seon-Rye follows another man leaving her daughter since she thinks her husband dis dead. Man-Seok brings up Kkot-Sil who was taken care by others after he finishes military service. But Kkot-Sil runs away from him following her beloved man. Man-Seok, who was waiting for Kkot-Sil, begins to look for her all over the country. And yeas later Man-Seok came to meet Kkot-Sil and Seon-Rye who became a prostitute and a whore-master respectively with not knowing each other at a bar.
