About Rebirth
Under the rule of Japanese imperialism, the older brother and his lover are imprisoned as political offenders. The fast liver, oldest brother make his sister Sun-Young the president Baek's concubine. Because she has lost chastity, she commits suicide after writing the letter that apologizing to her older brother and lover who are the member of national independence movement. Shocked at it, the oldest brother repents his act and dies during resisting to the Japanese. After released from prison, the older brother becomes a more positive member of national independence movement and swears the revenge of the oldest brother and sister.
