About Chorus of Trees
A Korean student studying in Tokyo organizes a reading club with the other Korean students, and participates in independent campaign. As the Japanese Imperialism's oppression gets severe, the member of the club begin to leave the club one after another and even his lover betrays him and get lost. But he adheres to his original will, resisting against the Japanese Imperialism. Finally, he is arrested and imprisoned. When his country is liberated, he leave the prison and take the ship destined to his motherland receiving the comrades' good send-off.
