Newly appointed inspector Lee doesn't feel necessity to have mercy on inspector Kang due to his degraded attitudes. Rather than he believes he is expelled out of the police for good. And he persuades Kang to resign repeatedly. Thus inspector Kang, who is under pressure, tries the last back attack giving inspector Lee unsolved case and ordering to solve it. However inspector Lee settles those various cases only at a stroke. Then a big thief is caught and during investigation inspector Kang makes a mistake once again by stealing a diamond without forgetting his old habit. His trivial behavior that he thought perfect is soon detected by inspector Lee. As this case for a momentum, Lee finds a negotiating point to forgive Kang on condition of solving another unsettled case. However the cases that inspector Lee presented are impossible to solve at all.
