This book is volume 6 of and summarizes pictures related to Seoul from 1981 to 1990. This book was planned and edited to allow readers to easily and dynamically understand Seoul's history, culture, and civil life through photographys. This book is photogrphic collection and is focused on presenting photographs. However, it also contains illustrations and newspapers articles for clearer descriptions. Almost all photographs in the book were taken between 1981 and 1990. However, some photographs takes in 1980 for clarification. This book is classifield into politics, economics, and society. Each part has subdivisioins for the layout of historical descriptions and photographs. The titles of photographs are concise, and historical terms such as event names are based on the entries of The thesaurus of Korean history of the National Institute of Korean History.
