About Channel 69
Je-Ha, fired producer of a broadcasting station and now a secret information dealer. Seok-Ki, a hacker who wants to commit something because of unbearable boring afternoon. Mini, a would-be pornography actress who makes her around pure with her idiotic beauty which is impossible to hate. Though they are totally strange each other, these three persons are like-minded to set up a porno channel 69 that will surprise the world as they happened to be involved in the same thing. Their channel 69 begins to wear off the world with unexpected way putting Mini as a porno jockey at the head. Through this channel, dirty aspects of a statesman Hwang, owner of Future Foundation, who is the promising candidate of the next presidential election and linked to power. And then three get to be chased by the police.
